As September approaches we are about to start another Masonic Year. We kick off with Hope Valley Chapter on 21 September and then our annual Lodge business meeting in October when we elect our Master for the next 12 months.

During the summer many of the members will have been busy learning a piece of ritual ready for the Installation meeting in November and a planned 3rd Degree ceremony in December.

This resulted in a memorable Installation ceremony when we installed W. Bro. Chris Herrett into the chair of King Solomon.

As promised we raised Bro Shaun Evans to the sublime degree of a Master Mason.

On the charity front we made donations to:

The Archer Project in Sheffield which supports the homeless and those recently leaving social care,

Teddies for Loving Care which provides teddy bears for children going into hospital.
